AYR Aviation Limited has entered into an aircraft management agreement with with one of the leading US Dept. of Defense prime contractors, Berry Aviation, Inc, based in San Marcos, Texas, for one of their heavy-lift helicopters. Under the agreement AYR Aviation Limited will operate the Berry Aviation-owned Mi-8 helicopter on a global scale, providing services to large variety of mission profiles.
