AIR TAURUS LLC RECEIVES ISO 14001:2015 ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION

Air Taurus LLC, Ukraine (www.airtaurus.com) received its ISO 14000:2015 Environmental Management Certification from SGS for its operations. ISO 14000 is a milestone for the company to move towards more sustainable operations. Air Taurus Chairman, Serge Sergeef, said, “We are really proud of our achievements. It is hard to be environmentally friendly operating helicopters, but this shows we can operate in an environmentally responsible way. Humanitarian aviation needs to be more sustainable and greener. Many of the humanitarian problems faced by the world today are resulting from climate change, and we have to change the way we transport aid so that we are not part of the problem. ISO 14001 is just one step of many that we intend to make over the next couple of years.”
